Home – ADHD SUPPORT
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can affect the way individuals learn, focus, organize tasks, manage time, and navigate everyday responsibilities. At the Lewis Stafford Foundation, we believe that ADHD should never define a person’s potential.
Our ADHD program is focused on increasing understanding, promoting supportive learning environments, encouraging confidence, and connecting individuals and families with helpful educational resources and opportunities.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that can affect attention, impulse control, organization, and activity levels. Every person experiences ADHD differently, and individuals with ADHD can have unique strengths, talents, and abilities.
Our approach begins with understanding rather than judgment.
1. ADHD Awareness:
We promote greater understanding of ADHD among children, families, educators, and communities.
2. Educational Support:
We encourage learning environments that recognize different needs and provide appropriate support for individuals working toward their educational goals.
3. Confidence Building:
We seek to encourage individuals to recognize their strengths, develop positive self-belief, and approach challenges with greater confidence.
4. Family & Community Resources:
We work to connect individuals and families with relevant information, educational resources, and supportive opportunities.
Our ADHD initiatives may support:
Our goal is to help create environments where individuals with ADHD are understood, supported, encouraged, and given meaningful opportunities to thrive.
